A user can archive checklist groups to move them to a read-only state. When a checklist is archived, it is still viewable in a read-only mode, and it cannot be edited or deleted without first unarchiving the group. When checklists are moved in or out of the archive status, this history is maintained within a checklist's Activity Log.

Steps to Archive and Unarchive a checklist:

1. From the AnswerConnect Checklists home page tab, find the checklist group that's ready to be archived.

Tips:

  • You can use the Search box or the Status Filter at the top of the home page to find a specific checklist group.
  •  We recommend verifying that you have all necessary sign offs and that there are no outstanding "In Review" questions before archiving checklists.

 


2. Expand the menu options for the checklist group.
3. Select Archive.
4. A confirmation message will be displayed.
5. Notice the Status changes to Archived.
6. To unarchive a checklist group, follow the same steps and instead select Unarchive

Note: To protect your work, users are unable to delete archived groups. Unarchive a group in order to delete it.
