Checklists data will be retained for eight years. Checklists that have no changes to any question after eight years will be permanently deleted. This includes archived checklists.
It is recommended to export your checklists prior to the eight year expiration. See the Last Updated date field on your Advanced Checklists AnswerConnect homepage for reference to confirm the age of a checklist.
To export or print a group:
1. On the Advanced Checklists homepage tab, expand the menu options for a checklist group.
2. Select Export.
3. You will be redirected to the export menu within the checklist group dashboard. Confirm a file format, if notes/comments should be included, and which checklists should be exported.
