Your CCH AnswerConnect profile includes your Name, User ID and email address.
To edit your profile:
- Click the Account link
at the top right of the CCH AnswerConnect.
- Select Edit My Profile.
- Edit your First Name, Last Name, EndUserID, and Email.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Under My Account, you can also change your password.
